This is a proposal for the back facade of an office building. I like it more than the main fachade, this side would lead to the parking area.
The view is completely enveloped in shadow, so it was a bit tricky play with GI for it to render nicely.
The building itself was mostly modelled in Lightwave.
The palm trees were exports from Vue.
The seat is from e-interiors.net, tweaked in Silo.
The rest of the furniture was modelled in a mxture of Shade, Silo, and Lightwave.

Rendered in Lightwave with a single area light. The background was rendered in Vue and used as a backdrop in Lightwave.
